Do you offer diet plans?

No, nutrition plans can only be prescribed by a registered dietician. I can offer advice and guidance that will help keep you on track.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

This is a very individual question, it all depends on what you want to achieve. When it comes to making progress we have the best equipment already, our bodies.  Bodyweight exercise can be as beneficial to our goals as equipment.

What do I need to do

There is a saying that you can't out train a bad diet so stay on top of both your training and nutrition.

How long will it take to meet my goals?

Meeting goals requires consistency and patience. Break your goals down into manageable blocks.

Injuries and Medical Conditions

Please let me know of any current or previous injuries you may have as these will have an impact on exercise selection, This also applies to any medical conditions you may have. These will be treated in confidence.

Will I get injured while training?

All measures to minimise the risk of injury are taken during our sessions, An adequate warm up and cool down are completed at each session.  All form is monitored and corrected during the session with feedback offered. It is important to make me aware of any current or previous injuries prior to training along with any medical conditions.

How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

I work from home so do not have as many of the overheads associated with a gym based personal trainer.  I still have considerable costs involved in operating my business but pass as many savings on as possible.

Your data is only kept for as long as required and in line with requirements.  Any data you input will be deleted when there are no further transactions on your account and any prepaid sessions have been utilised.
