I offer both 30 and 60 min Personal Training Sessions to fit around your schedule.

Sessions can include Boxfit, HIIT, Kettlebells, Strength or Pilates.

​

I can also offer online coaching with workouts and support.

​

All sessions will be designed around your goals.

Running

I am a qualified UK Athletics Coach in Running Fitness.

​

I offer Couch 2 5k on a public and private basis.

 

I can also offer personalised running plans for those taking part in events up to Marathon distance.

Massage

Sports Massage

Sports Massage is a great way to stay in top shape during a training program or off season.

​

Sports Massage has been found to be beneficial for recovery, increases range of movement, decreases muscle tension and can also reduce stress.

​

I offer 30 and 60 minute sessions.
